The programs for KS1,2 and 3 are usually administered by Teaching Assistants trained in the A.R.R.O.W.™ system. A Specialist Teacher or Teaching Assistant can be helping a less able student 1:1 whilst overviewing 5 other students on the A.R.R.O.W.™ program. This program can be delivered for less than the price of a school lunch thus freeing valuable funding to be applied elsewhere.
